Nurses on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
Provides high quality, cost effective, compassionate care using the latest technology
Appropriate for people who need assistance not easily provided by family members or friends
Provides skilled homecare under the supervision of the person’s physician
The Home Health team is made up of the following specialties (state licensed, federally certified, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations accredited):
Registered Nurses
Rehab Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy)
Medical Social Workers
Nutritionists
Home Health Aides
Available through a Physician’s referral
Covered under Medicare, private pay, private insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and charity care for those who qualify
Covers the following areas: South Lake Tahoe area and the Carson Valley Area (including Douglas, Carson, Lyon, Mono and Alpine Counties)
