You will either be admitted through the Admitting Office
or the Emergency Department.
Pre-scheduled surgery arrangements should be made through
the Physicians office and the hospital’s preoperative patient coordinator.
Preadmission is recommended for anyone aware of upcoming births, surgeries, or hospital procedures
OUTPATIENT ADMITTING
Located just past the front lobby
Check in here for outpatient services such as Radiology, EKG, GI services
Open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily
Physicians may fax orders to (530) 541-0554
Patients should bring their insurance cards and driver’s license
INPATIENT ADMITTING
For direct admits to the hospital please contact the Nursing Supervisor through the Hospital Operator
Patients should report to Admitting during open hours. After-hours patients should report to the Emergency Room
